Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use CloudLune. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for your account, the security of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

CloudLune is built for kind, supportive conversation. You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, dox, or impersonate anyone.
• Post hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence.
• Share content you do not have the right to share.
• Post spam, scams, or unsolicited promotional content.
• Attempt to access another user's account or our systems without authorization.
• Use the Service to provide medical, legal, or financial advice as if you were a licensed professional, unless clearly disclosed.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant CloudLune a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained for legal compliance or in backups.

You are responsible for what you post. We are not the author of user content and do not endorse it.

We may, but are not obligated to, review content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, our community standards, or applicable law, with or without notice. Repeat or egregious violations may result in permanent removal.

CloudLune is a community platform, not a healthcare, legal, or financial services provider. Information shared on the Service — including the Resources section — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

The Service may link to or embed content from third parties (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, Vimeo, news sites). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or terms.

The CloudLune name, logo, design, software, and original content are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly permitted.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUDLUNE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to defend and indemnify CloudLune from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CloudLune is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
